wlnrupees Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry specific meanings:

• "wlnrupees", "we", "us", "the platform" – refers to the wlnrupees online gaming platform operating at wlnrupees.net.
• "you", "the player", "account holder" – refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on wlnrupees.
• "Account" – the registered user profile created on wlnrupees through which you access games, deposit funds, and manage your balance.
• "Balance" – the PKR amount held in your wlnrupees account at any given time, comprised of real money deposits and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" – promotional credits added to your account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Bet" / "Wager" – any financial stake placed on an outcome within any game or betting market available on wlnrupees.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "PKR" – Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used across all wlnrupees transactions.

2. Eligibility

To create and maintain a wlnrupees account you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wlnrupees may request proof of age at any point and may suspend an account pending verification.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion either from wlnrupees directly or from a third-party responsible gaming programme that covers this platform.
• You must not have previously had a wlnrupees account permanently suspended for rule violations. Registering a new account after a permanent suspension constitutes a further violation and all associated funds will be forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible.

3. Account Registration

When you register at wlnrupees you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Household

wlnrupees permits one active account per individual and applies additional scrutiny where multiple accounts share the same device, IP address, payment method, or physical address. Operating multiple accounts – whether simultaneously or sequentially – to take advantage of promotional offers or to evade restrictions is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide a valid mobile number, accurate date of birth, and correct identity information during registration. wlnrupees may cross-reference information you provide against payment records and identity documents. Deliberate provision of false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. wlnrupees uses the mobile number and email address on your account for security notifications, transaction confirmations, and important account communications. An outdated number or address may result in you missing critical alerts.

4. Account Security

Your wlnrupees account credentials – username, password, and any two-factor authentication details – are your responsibility to protect. wlnrupees will never contact you asking for your password through any channel.

• Use a password that is unique to wlnrupees and not shared with any other platform or service.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including family members.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact wlnrupees support immediately via live chat or email at support@wlnrupees.net.
• wlnrupees will not be liable for losses arising from account access by a third party where you have shared credentials, failed to log out on a shared device, or neglected to report a security concern in a timely manner.

5. Deposits

wlnrupees accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third-party source, is not permitted.
• wlnrupees does not accept deposits made using funds that are proceeds of illegal activity. Players agree that all deposited funds originate from legitimate personal sources.
• wlnrupees does not charge a fee on deposits. Mobile wallet networks or banks may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside wlnrupees control.
• In rare cases a deposit may be flagged by our payment processor for additional review. wlnrupees will notify you if this occurs. Funds under review will not be accessible until the review is completed.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your wlnrupees real-money balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The following conditions govern all withdrawals:

6.1 Minimum and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals follow the standard timelines of the issuing bank.

6.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

wlnrupees may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the payment method wallet to confirm ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. There is no penalty for undergoing verification, and the process does not affect your ability to continue placing bets while it is underway.

6.3 Bonus Balance

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the portion of bonus balance that has met the applicable wagering requirement converts to real money and becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being removed from your account.

7. Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports markets available on wlnrupees. Additional sport-specific rules may be published separately and take precedence for those markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described below.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play (as defined per sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error where odds were significantly misquoted, wlnrupees reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation. wlnrupees reserves the right to reduce stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Bets placed after an event has started are only valid for in-play markets specifically offered as live betting. Any bet inadvertently accepted after an event result is already known will be voided.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual leg. If one leg is voided, the accumulator rolls down to the remaining legs and is recalculated accordingly.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on wlnrupees – including slots, table games, poker, and live casino – use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by an independent third party. The following rules apply:

• RNG outcomes cannot be influenced by the player, by wlnrupees staff, or by any external party. Game results are determined solely by the certified RNG at the moment of play.
• Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player percentages for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read game rules before placing a wager.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will complete according to its programmed logic when the session is restored. Outcomes in progress at the time of disconnection are not reversed.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited, wlnrupees reserves the right to correct the balance. Players are not entitled to retain winnings arising from software malfunctions.
• Progressive jackpots displayed within games show the real-time value of the jackpot pool. wlnrupees does not guarantee any specific jackpot amount will be available at the time you play.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

wlnrupees runs promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. Where a promotion specifies eligibility criteria (first deposit, specific payment method, specific game), those criteria must be met for the promotion to apply.
• Bonus wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount – or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount – must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated wagering requirement progress is forfeited after the stated expiry period.
• wlnrupees reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting its terms will not be retroactively penalised by a mid-promotion amendment.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic low-risk wagering (bonus abuse) will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wlnrupees. Any account found to have engaged in these activities will be suspended and affected funds may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other player-versus-player game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain undue benefit. If you identify a bug or error, you must report it to support immediately and must not use it to place bets.
• Using stolen payment information, fraudulent bank accounts, or third-party payment methods not registered in your name.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Engaging in money laundering, layering of funds, or any activity that uses wlnrupees to obscure the origins of financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward wlnrupees support staff or other players in any platform communication channel.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

wlnrupees may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering, pending investigation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stated deadline after a verification request has been issued.
• At your own request, including via self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following notification to the contact details on file.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, wlnrupees will complete the investigation within a reasonable period and communicate the outcome to the account holder. Balances in genuinely suspended accounts where no fraud is established will be made available for withdrawal once the investigation concludes.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed rule violations, wlnrupees reserves the right to retain the balance to cover losses or costs incurred as a result of the violation. The player will be notified in writing of this decision.

12. Responsible Gaming

wlnrupees is committed to providing responsible gaming tools to all players. These tools are not hidden features – they are accessible from your account settings panel at any time without requiring a support request.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can add to your balance. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you after you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from wlnrupees. Short-term exclusions can be set for periods of one day to six months. Permanent exclusion closes your account with no possibility of reinstatement.
• Reality Checks: Opt into regular on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position during the current session.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnrupees platform – including but not limited to the logo, design elements, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, and written content – is the intellectual property of wlnrupees or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any wlnrupees content without written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the wlnrupees software.
• Creating derivative works based on wlnrupees content or branding.
• Using wlnrupees trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

wlnrupees provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, security, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or entirely free from technical errors.

• wlnrupees is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on your end, device failure, or browser incompatibility.
• wlnrupees is not liable for loss of profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident or claim is capped at the value of the stake placed in the bet or transaction directly related to that claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits wlnrupees's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You access and use wlnrupees at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk. wlnrupees provides tools to help you manage that risk but is not responsible for betting outcomes or the financial decisions you make while using the platform.

15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your wlnrupees experience – a disputed bet settlement, a withdrawal that hasn't arrived, a bonus that wasn't applied correctly – follow this process:

• Step 1: Contact wlnrupees support via live chat or email at support@wlnrupees.net. Include your account details and a clear description of the issue. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, ask to escalate to the wlnrupees Complaints Team. You will receive a formal written response within five business days.
• Step 3: If the Complaints Team response does not resolve your concern, you may request a final internal review. This review will produce a binding decision from wlnrupees management within ten business days.

All complaints should be submitted in English. wlnrupees keeps records of all complaints and their resolutions as part of its ongoing platform improvement process.

16. Amendments to These Terms

wlnrupees reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the amendment.
• For material changes – those that significantly affect player rights or financial terms – wlnrupees will notify active account holders via the mobile number or email address on their account at least seven days before the change takes effect.
• Continued use of your wlnrupees account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you should withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Minor amendments – clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any clause – may be made without advance notice.
